1. How do I raise a feature request or report a bug?

2. How much does the service cost?
Our APIs are currently in Beta. During this testing phase, we will not be charging for our API service. If you would like to test our APIs for free, please contact us.
3. Is there a limit to API calls?
As the API is currently in Beta, there will be a limit of 5 calls per second.
4. Can Treehouse build custom features or settings for my business?

5. Where does Treehouse’s pricing data come from?
We currently utilize a mix of vendor-sourced and proprietary-sourced pricing in our APIs. Our APIs return a weighted price aggregated from centralized exchanges, on-chain oracles, and various liquidity pools.
6. Where does Treehouse’s position data come from?
The data that Treehouse returns are all pulled directly from the blockchain.
7. Does Treehouse run its own nodes?
Yes, we run our own set of dedicated nodes.
8. What chains and protocols are currently supported?
Currently, Treehouse Institutions supports a total of 20 protocols on Ethereum Mainnet. We are working on expanding this coverage. Protocols are added as and when clients request them. A new chain is added after going through an internal prioritization process.
